How does the Growth Syndicate work?
Our ultimate goal is to make ourselves obsolete. We join as interim marketing & growth leaders for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 9 months and help set you up with the in-house strategy and capabilities to scale in the long run. 

We do this by deeply analyzing your market and commercial data and developing a tailored growth strategy. We then implement the strategy, test different growth levers and build a strong foundation before helping you hire (if needed) and handing over to your in-house team.

Everything we do is tailored 100% to your use-case. Throughout the process, we leverage our expertise and network to get you the best results as fast as possible.
What makes you different from a marketing agency?
We are not just another growth agency. In fact, we are not an agency at all. We are 3 proven growth leaders that leverage our experience, networks and expertise to help you grow. 

What you see is what you get. We do not outsource any work to juniors, we do not work with classic low-incentive retainers and we do not charge by the hour. We work holistically across the funnel and tailor everything we do to your use-case. There is no cookie-cutter approach.

Most importantly, we don't make you dependent on us. We make sure you keep all the knowledge, processes and initiatives in-house and make ourselves obsolete within max. 9 months.
What are the criteria for working with you?
We only work with a handful of customers at any given time to ensure we can focus and deliver. We also only work with companies where we are sure that we can have the maximum impact.

In order to work with us, you need to be a b2b software company (either SaaS or online marketplace). You need to have at least €1 million in ARR or funding. And ideally, you have strong signals for product-market fit.

Most importantly, we don’t like to waste time, so you need to be able to move fast and be ready to implement changes rapidly once we get started. 
What is your pricing?

We charge a monthly fee with a minimum contractual commitment of 3 months and a maximum commitment of 9 months. 

Our fee is based on 15 hours per week, but out of principle, we do not count hours. We do what’s needed to get the job done. Sometimes that means more hours, others it means less. 

Our monthly fee depends on the contract-length you commit to, starting at:

  • €9,000 for a 9 months commitment
  • €10,500 for a 6 months commitment
  • €12,000 for a 3 months commitment

Yes. We have over 30 years of combined experience successfully helping b2b software companies grow and have facilitated 5 exits in the past 5 years.
