Which RevOps agency is best for a B2B company?
RevPartners, now part of Walker Sands, scored highest: deep HubSpot credentials, named CRM results and a public price list, with demand teams under the same owner. The Growth Syndicate scored second and fits B2B companies outside SaaS that want strategy, demand and CRM from one senior team. Kalungi suits SaaS, Advanced Client builds outbound systems, and Aptitude 8 does HubSpot systems engineering.
The Growth Syndicate (TGS) publishes this list and appears on it, in second place on score. No agency paid to be included, and placement cannot be bought. The scoring weights, the evidence grade behind every profile and the way to challenge a placement sit in the methodology after the profiles and on our ranking method page.
A RevOps agency earns its fee when the CRM stops being the reason deals slip and forecasts miss. Most firms on this list can rebuild a HubSpot portal. Fewer can also run the strategy and demand programs that decide what goes into it, and that difference shapes how this guide groups them.
What does a RevOps agency do?
A RevOps agency runs the systems and rules that move a buyer from first touch to closed revenue and on to renewal: the CRM, lifecycle stages, lead routing, attribution, forecasting and the reports leadership reads. The better ones also document who owns each piece, so the system still works after they leave.
Our guide to revenue operations covers what the function owns inside a company.
How much does a RevOps agency cost?
Of the agencies on this list that publish prices, RevPartners sells its RevOps subscription from $9,850 a month for 10 hours a week, and Kalungi's full-service team, which includes RevOps, costs $50,000 or more a month. One-off projects are priced separately: The Pedowitz Group quotes about $35,000 for an assessment and architecture and $120,000 or more with implementation, and Advanced Client prices its installs from $50,000. Six of the 11 agencies publish no price figure at all.
Should you hire a RevOps agency or build an in-house team?
Hire an agency or a RevOps consultant for work with an end date: a migration, a rebuilt lifecycle, an attribution model. Hire in-house for work that happens every day: data hygiene, admin requests, report changes. The setup that holds up is usually both, an agency to build and one internal owner to run what was built.
Validity's 2025 CRM survey found that only 18% of companies without a full-time CRM data owner plan to hire one in the next 12 months. Without that owner, a rebuilt portal tends to drift back to where it started.
Who this guide is for, and who should skip it
This list is written for one buyer, fixed before any agency was scored: a B2B company in the US or Europe, roughly $5 million to $250 million in revenue, whose CRM and revenue process have fallen behind the business. That buyer wants one partner to fix the system and connect it to the strategy and demand programs that feed it, at agency fees of roughly $5,000 to $30,000 a month.
Skip this guide if any of these describes you:
- You need a HubSpot CRM agency for a one-off onboarding or migration and nothing else. HubSpot's Solutions Partner directory lets you filter partners by service and industry, and that is the faster route.
- You are running an enterprise Salesforce transformation. That is usually systems-integrator work, and this list was not scored for it.
- You sell to consumers. Every agency here was judged on B2B work.
- Your budget is under about $5,000 a month. A freelance CRM admin or a first operations hire is likely the better fit.
- You want a neutral directory. We publish this list and appear on it. G2, Clutch and HubSpot's own directory are not agencies competing for the work, though their orderings lean on reviews and, in HubSpot's case, partner tier.
The 11 RevOps agencies at a glance
Agencies appear in the same four groups as the profiles below, in score order within each group.
Evidence and terms
The first table below shows the proof each agency publishes, and the second shows the terms a buyer can see before a call.
Headcount and founding year are context only. Pricing transparency is one of the five scored criteria.
Where an agency does not publish its founding year or team size, the table uses Clutch or Inc., and the profile says so.
What the evidence check found
We counted what each of the 11 agencies publishes on its own site and on HubSpot's partner directory, as checked on October 13, 2026. These counts are rerun at every review.
- 11 of 11 publish at least one named client next to a specific figure.
- 6 of 11 publish a named client next to the result of CRM or RevOps work, such as cleaner data, faster routing, a migration or a lower system cost: RevPartners, Advanced Client, RevOps Automated, Aptitude 8, Six & Flow and Directive.
- 9 of 11 show demand programs they run in-house. RevOps Automated lists demand services but shows no campaign work in its case studies, and Aptitude 8 says it does not do this work.
- 5 of 11 publish any price figure, and 1 of 11 (RevPartners) publishes a full price list before a sales call.
- 3 of 11 state on their own site who they will not serve or what a client must have before they take the work: Advanced Client, Aptitude 8 and RevOps Automated.
- 8 of 11 hold a Platinum, Diamond or Elite tier on HubSpot's partner directory.
The split this guide is built around shows up in the counts. Of the six agencies that publish a named CRM result, two show no demand work. Of the nine that run demand programs, five publish no named client next to a CRM result, and TGS is one of the five.
RevPartners is the only firm here with all four signals at once: an Elite tier, a named CRM result, demand execution under the same owner and a full price list. Its scores line up with that: it was at or near the top on specialization, buyer fit and pricing.
The picks by category

How each profile is built
Each profile follows the same order: firmographics, a verdict, what the agency does, its verifiable results, who it fits, where it stops, the basis of our assessment, its evidence grade and its pricing. Read the verdict and "where it stops" first, because they are the quickest way to rule an agency out. The four groups are ordered by their highest score, and agencies within each group appear in score order. The groups are not ranked against each other on fit.
Group 1: RevOps connected to the demand it feeds
These five fix the CRM and also run the programs that put buyers into it. This is the closest match to the buyer this guide was written for.
RevPartners (a Walker Sands company): best for HubSpot teams that want RevOps on a published subscription
Founded: 2020, per Clutch (parent Walker Sands: 2001) · HQ: Atlanta, GA (Walker Sands: Chicago) · Team: more than 250 employees across the combined company · Website: revpartners.io
Hire RevPartners if HubSpot is your CRM and you want a deep RevOps team on a fixed monthly subscription, with Walker Sands' PR, content and paid teams available under the same owner. It scored highest on this list and is the only agency here that shows its full price list before a call.
What they do. RevPartners sells RevOps as a Service (configuration, integrations, revenue reporting, training and adoption), fast-track HubSpot onboarding, Clay implementations and an "Allbound" marketing service covering SEO, paid media, data enrichment and signal-based outbound. It is a HubSpot Elite partner with at least seven accreditations on HubSpot's directory, including CRM Implementation, Data Migration and Custom Integration, and a Clay Elite Studio partner. Walker Sands, a Chicago B2B agency backed by MountainGate Capital since October 2025, announced the acquisition on June 10, 2026, and RevPartners now operates as "RevPartners, a Walker Sands company."
Verifiable results.
- MedicAlert (January 2025): errors cut from 30% to under 1%, and API calls from about 12,000 to about 6,000 a day. This is a pure systems result.
- OpenWorks (July 2025): revenue from paid media up 117%, new customers up 129%, SQLs up 58% and ROI up from 10% to 24%, from combined RevOps and paid work.
- FMG (April 2025): more than 950 webinar leads routed automatically, a process that previously took up to a week.
Figures are the exception: 24 of the 29 case studies in its public listing show no figure there.
Best for. HubSpot-based B2B companies under roughly $100 million in ARR, the threshold below which RevPartners itself says outsourcing RevOps beats hiring for it.
Where it stops.
- The practice is built around HubSpot and Clay. If Salesforce is your system of record, ask how much of the team works in it day to day.
- The RevOps subscription carries a six-month initial term and a $5,000 onboarding fee.
- The acquisition is four months old. Ask who will run your account and how the two companies split the work.
- It publishes no statement of who it will not serve.
Basis of assessment. Public information: revpartners.io including its pricing page, walkersands.com, HubSpot's Solutions Partner directory and the June 10, 2026 acquisition announcement, checked October 13, 2026.
Evidence grade. Strong. Three named clients with specific figures, all dated within the last two years, two with baselines.
Pricing. RevOps as a Service runs from $9,850 a month (Bronze, up to 10 hours a week) to $27,000 a month (Diamond, up to 30 hours a week), on a six-month initial term plus a $5,000 onboarding fee. HubSpot Fast Track onboarding starts at $1,500, Allbound marketing runs $12,900 to $24,000 a month, and a Clay implementation is $25,000.
The Growth Syndicate: best for B2B companies outside SaaS that want strategy, demand and CRM under one senior team
Founded: 2024 · HQ: Amsterdam, with an office in New York · Team: 15–20 · Website: thegrowthsyndicate.com
Hire TGS if you are a complex B2B company, in manufacturing, fintech, health tech or professional services as much as software, and your CRM problem is tangled up with positioning and demand problems. TGS runs the strategy, the demand programs and the CRM work with one embedded senior team. It is a full-service B2B agency with RevOps as one of its disciplines. It scored second here: its published results are pipeline results with no CRM-system result among them, and it holds no HubSpot tier.
What they do. RevOps and CRM is one of twelve areas TGS works in, and it can be bought in one engagement alongside go-to-market strategy, paid media, account-based marketing and content. The team works in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio and Microsoft Dynamics. Every engagement gets a dedicated head of growth and senior specialists embedded in the client's team, with no account manager in between. TGS's service page puts quick fixes at days and full implementations at four to eight weeks.
Verifiable results.
- Nobel (January to September 2025): an Amsterdam recruitment firm with no structured pipeline and a CRM built for placing candidates, not for tracking revenue. TGS connected enrichment tools to the CRM to track buying signals and built lead-flow automations for qualification and re-engagement. The program produced €1.5 million in inbound pipeline and a 206% return on paid spend.
- Frends (since November 2024): a European integration platform. TGS set up a weekly account review in which sales marked every engaged account as worth pursuing or not. After focused account-based targeting and that weekly review, MQL-to-SQL conversion rose from 14% to between 25% and 30%, and 24 opportunities were attributed to the account-based and paid programs.
Neither case study publishes a CRM-system metric such as data completeness, routing speed or forecast accuracy. Both are pipeline outcomes of combined work.
Best for. B2B companies of roughly €1 million to €350 million in revenue, in the US or Europe, whose revenue problem spans positioning, demand and the CRM at once.
Where it stops.
- TGS claims no HubSpot partner tier or accreditation. If you want a certified implementation partner for a large migration, a systems specialist such as Aptitude 8 or RevOps Automated is the better hire.
- No published TGS case study shows a named client with a CRM-system result.
- RevOps is one of twelve disciplines, so a buyer who only needs CRM engineering will find deeper specialists elsewhere on this list.
- TGS's own pages do not say who it will not serve, beyond stating that it works only with complex B2B companies.
Basis of assessment. First-party. Published TGS case studies and service pages only, scored on the same anchors as every other agency.
Evidence grade. Strong, first-party. Two named clients with dated, pipeline-level figures on TGS's own site. The results are checkable, but they are not arm's-length, and neither is a CRM-system result.
Pricing. Hourly rates with a minimum monthly commitment, no retainer and 30 days' notice. TGS's service pages publish starting points of €2,500 a month for a fractional marketing lead and €5,000 a month for performance marketing. The RevOps and CRM page names the model without a figure.
Kalungi: best for B2B SaaS companies outsourcing the whole marketing function
Founded: 2018, per Clutch · HQ: Kirkland, WA · Team: about 30 people listed on its About page · Website: kalungi.com
Hire Kalungi if you run a B2B SaaS company and want an outsourced marketing department that includes HubSpot RevOps under the same roof. Two things held it back for this guide's buyer: its SaaS-only focus and a price above the typical budget.
What they do. Kalungi runs paid media, SEO, content, account-based marketing, branding, web and fractional CMO work for SaaS companies, with a RevOps service on top. That service covers HubSpot cleanup and rebuilds, data hygiene, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, deal-stage automation, forecasting inside HubSpot, attribution and CAC, LTV and churn dashboards. It is a HubSpot Diamond partner with an Onboarding accreditation and HubSpot's Software Industry Specialist badge. Antoine Vial became CEO on March 16, 2026, with the previous CEO moving to the board.
Verifiable results.
- DataGuard: MQLs up 330% in under six months and $4 million in qualified pipeline, in a 12-month engagement from early 2020 that included a move to HubSpot.
- CPGvision: $4.7 million in pipeline over 16 months.
- Patch: MQL growth of 1,500%.
Its two CRM-specific case studies, Assembled and HopSkip, describe the work without figures, and only DataGuard carries a date.
Best for. B2B SaaS companies in Kalungi's published bands, from early-stage packages up to its full-service team for companies with $5 million to $50 million in ARR (its homepage gives $5 million to $10 million for the same tier).
Where it stops.
- SaaS only. A manufacturer or a services firm is outside its model.
- Full service starts at $50,000 a month, above the fee range this guide was written for.
- Its RevOps proof is marketing and pipeline proof; the CRM case studies carry no numbers.
- Built around HubSpot, with no Salesforce partnership.
Basis of assessment. Public information: kalungi.com, its customer stories, services and pay-for-performance pages, HubSpot's Solutions Partner directory and Kalungi's March 2026 leadership announcement, checked October 13, 2026.
Evidence grade. Strong. Three named clients with specific pipeline or growth figures; the one dated result is from 2020.
Pricing. Kalungi's services page states that a full-service engagement costs $50,000 or more a month. It also publishes a pay-for-performance option in which a variable fee pays out between 0% and 125% against quarterly goals, for engagements of three months or longer.
The Pedowitz Group: best for post-Series B and enterprise teams fixing forecasting across several platforms
Founded: 2007 · HQ: Alpharetta, GA (remote-first) · Team: 50–249, per Clutch · Website: pedowitzgroup.com
Hire Pedowitz if your revenue data spans Salesforce, Marketo and HubSpot, your forecast is unreliable, and you want a consultancy that can also run campaigns. Its published outcomes are the largest on this list, though they are pipeline and revenue results and none is a system result.
What they do. Pedowitz calls itself both a consultancy and a full-service agency. Its RevOps practice sells assessment, architecture and implementation, and the firm also runs demand generation, paid media and content. It is a HubSpot Platinum partner, a Salesforce Consulting Partner and an Adobe Marketo partner, and founder Jeff Pedowitz is still CEO. Its RevOps page says it has run more than 200 RevOps engagements in 19 years.
Verifiable results.
- Charles Schwab: $1.1 billion in RIA opportunities and more than $120 million closed-won in the first three months.
- TraceLink: $20 million in revenue from marketing operations work.
- Gilbarco Veeder-Root: $8.9 million in qualified opportunities.
- Vercara: marketing-sourced pipeline up 40% and $7 million in influenced pipeline.
None of these is dated. The RevOps page's claim of a 28% average gain in forecast accuracy names no client and gives no method.
Best for. Companies past Series B where marketing, sales and customer success operations have drifted into separate systems, which is the buyer its own RevOps page describes. Its named clients include enterprises such as Charles Schwab.
Where it stops.
- Its RevOps page targets companies past Series B, so an earlier-stage company sits outside its stated fit.
- No dated case studies.
- Its fit criteria describe stage and forecast accuracy; it does not state who it will not serve.
Basis of assessment. Public information: pedowitzgroup.com including its RevOps consulting page (dated June 15, 2026) and case studies, plus HubSpot's Solutions Partner directory, checked October 13, 2026.
Evidence grade. Strong. Four named clients with pipeline- or revenue-level figures, undated.
Pricing. Its RevOps page states that engagements range from about $35,000 for a focused assessment and architecture design to $120,000 or more for assessment, architecture and implementation.
Directive: best for tech companies scaling paid media that need CRM attribution behind it
Founded: 2013 · HQ: Orange County, CA, with offices in Austin, New York, Mexico City, London and Toronto · Team: 100+ · Website: directiveconsulting.com
Hire Directive if you are a tech company already spending heavily on paid media and you need the CRM, lifecycle and attribution work that makes the spend accountable. It is a performance agency first, and its RevOps practice supports that core.
What they do. Directive's RevOps service covers Salesforce and HubSpot implementation and optimization, migrations, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and routing, attribution, offline conversion tracking and integrations. Around it sit paid media, SEO, content, social, PR and a separate commerce division for ecommerce and retail platforms. HubSpot's directory lists Directive as a Platinum partner, while its own site says only that it is a certified HubSpot partner.
Verifiable results.
- Growlink: cold leads reactivated through HubSpot workflows produced 32 opportunities and 23 customers. The same page also gives 24 opportunities and 19 customers, so ask which is current.
- AxisCare: demos up 200% year over year and organic traffic up 70% (Q1 to Q3 2024).
- Case Status: demo conversions up 135% quarter over quarter.
- Placemakr: paid search conversions up 50%.
Best for. Mid-market and enterprise SaaS and tech companies where paid media is the main engine.
Where it stops.
- RevOps is a supporting line. Growlink is the one RevOps result with figures we found on its site.
- It publishes no agency pricing and no statement of who it will not serve.
Basis of assessment. Public information: directiveconsulting.com including its RevOps page and success stories, HubSpot's Solutions Partner directory, Clutch (4.8 from 56 reviews) and G2 (3.7 from 12 reviews), checked October 13, 2026.
Evidence grade. Strong. Four named clients with specific figures, one a RevOps result.
Pricing. No agency pricing is published. The only price on its pricing page is $399 for a self-serve course.
Group 2: outbound and paid systems, mostly for SaaS
These two build pipeline engines, mostly for SaaS companies, with the CRM wired into the engine from the start. Both publish their own "best RevOps agencies" lists, and both rank themselves first on them.
Advanced Client: best for SaaS teams that want an outbound system built in their own CRM and handed over
Founded: 2023, per its own site (registered as a UK company in April 2024) · HQ: London, per its own site (registered office in Mildenhall, Suffolk) · Team: 2–9, per Clutch · Website: advancedclient.io
Hire Advanced Client if you are a B2B SaaS or service company with product-market fit and want a signal-based outbound system built inside your own CRM, owned by you at the end. Its handover model is the most explicit on this list, and its two founders deliver every account.
What they do. The firm sells an "AI RevOps" install: market mapping, buying-signal workflows in Clay, outbound email and LinkedIn infrastructure, CRM routing and attribution, playbooks, training and a handover. It also manages LinkedIn ads. It builds inside HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio and states that the tools sit in the client's accounts. It lists no SEO, content or paid search service, and it claims no HubSpot partner tier.
Verifiable results.
- m3ter (13-month engagement): $4.6 million in pipeline, of which $2.4 million came from outbound and $2.2 million was influenced by ads; the case study does not say whether the two overlap. It attributes $447,000 in closed-won revenue to the outbound system, and LinkedIn cost per lead fell from $5,171 to $334.
- RAIN Group: a 12-week build inside Salesforce with about 15 live buying signals and seven tools transferred to the client, which owns all of it.
- Studio X and AP Lazer: $5.7 million and $250,000 in pipeline, stated on its homepage without case study pages.
None of the case studies is dated.
Best for. B2B SaaS and service businesses with product-market fit, at least $1 million in ARR, an average contract of $10,000 or more and a sales team in place or planned. Its pricing page states these as requirements, not preferences.
Where it stops.
- A very small team, with intake capped at two new clients a month.
- On the demand side, outbound and LinkedIn ads only. If you need content, SEO or paid search, you need a second partner.
- Its homepage quotes $30,000 to $50,000 per project, and its pricing page says from $50,000. Ask which applies.
- Clutch shows two reviews, so third-party evidence is thin.
Basis of assessment. Public information: advancedclient.io including its pricing page and case studies, Companies House and Clutch, checked October 13, 2026.
Evidence grade. Strong. Four named clients with figures, three of them pipeline- or revenue-level, one a system result; undated.
Pricing. Its pricing page lists the RevOps install from $50,000, typically over 90 to 120 days, plus tool licenses of about $500 to $1,500 a month. LinkedIn ads management starts at $5,000 a month with a $15,000 minimum engagement. The page calls these directional ranges rather than list prices.
Understory: best for post-PMF B2B companies that want paid, outbound and HubSpot run as one pod
Founded: 2021, per Inc. · HQ: Miami, FL, per Inc. · Team: 11–50, per Inc. · Website: understoryagency.com
Hire Understory if you are a post-product-market-fit B2B company, most likely in SaaS, and want paid media, outbound, LinkedIn content and HubSpot operations run by one team. It is a demand agency with RevOps built in, and its published results are demand results.
What they do. Understory runs paid media on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Reddit and X, outbound and GTM engineering, LinkedIn content and creative. Its RevOps service covers HubSpot implementation and migrations, lifecycle design, lead scoring and routing, dashboards, attribution and Salesforce builds. It is listed as a HubSpot Solutions Partner without a tier shown and is a Clay Enterprise Partner. It ranked No. 140 on the 2026 Inc. 5000.
Verifiable results.
- Doppel (January to July 2026): $3.65 million in influenced pipeline from paid search.
- RemoFirst (Q1 2026): 1,040 paid search opportunities in a quarter.
- hapily (to May 2026): 39 deals created by one outbound program.
- Hiver: more than 30 demos in the first six weeks, per a client testimonial.
None of these is a CRM or RevOps result, and its RevOps page names no clients.
Best for. Post-PMF B2B companies with some go-to-market motion already running, which is how Understory describes its best-fit clients. Its site names AI-native companies, SaaS, services and finance among the companies it works with; the case studies we read are all software companies.
Where it stops.
- Its positioning and most of its published work lean toward SaaS.
- No published RevOps result and no HubSpot tier shown on HubSpot's directory.
- No published price figures.
- Most engagements run six months, or four for smaller companies.
Basis of assessment. Public information: understoryagency.com including its RevOps and reviews pages, HubSpot's Solutions Partner directory and Inc.'s 2026 profile, checked October 13, 2026.
Evidence grade. Strong. Four named clients with specific figures, three of them dated 2026, all marketing or pipeline results.
Pricing. Flat retainers based on the services selected, with RevOps offered as a fixed project or a fixed monthly retainer. No figures are published.
Group 3: systems-only RevOps specialists
These two score as high on CRM depth as any agency on the list, and neither shows demand work in its case studies. Hire them when the system is the whole problem.
RevOps Automated: best for teams running, or merging, HubSpot and Salesforce
Founded: 2018, per Clutch · HQ: not stated (HubSpot's directory lists it as remote; it prices in pounds) · Team: 10–49, per Clutch · Website: revopsautomated.com
Hire RevOps Automated if your stack runs HubSpot and Salesforce side by side, or you are joining two stacks after an acquisition. Its case studies are systems work, spanning HubSpot and Salesforce.
What they do. CRM migrations, HubSpot and Salesforce onboarding and optimization, CPQ and call-recording integrations, post-merger systems integration, managed RevOps and training. It is a HubSpot Diamond partner with CRM Implementation, Custom Integration and Onboarding accreditations, and it describes itself as a Salesforce consulting partner, which we did not check on Salesforce's side. Its site lists outbound and inbound growth services, but none of the case studies we read describes campaign work.
Verifiable results.
- Insurwave: revenue up 30%, opportunities up 40% and £18,000 a year saved after HubSpot pipeline work.
- Inlumi: £143,823 in additional revenue (rounded to £140,000 in the page headline) and more than £239 million in pipeline attributed to marketing after attribution work.
- Flimp Communications: conversion rates up 40%, sales cycle 30% shorter and lead sources cut from 38 to 11.
- Altima: 95% less manual reporting.
None is dated, and most of its 26 case study entries carry no figures.
Best for. Mid-market and PE-backed companies with two-platform stacks or post-acquisition systems to merge. Its consulting page says it is not a fit for buyers who want a one-off quick fix, an in-house generalist or low-cost offshore staff.
Where it stops.
- Its case studies show systems work only. If you need demand programs, check that work before relying on it.
- No published pricing; two cost figures on the same page contradict each other.
- No stated location.
Basis of assessment. Public information: revopsautomated.com including its consulting page and case studies, HubSpot's Solutions Partner directory, G2 (4.9 from 44 reviews) and Clutch, checked October 13, 2026.
Evidence grade. Strong. Four named clients with specific figures, two of them system results; undated.
Pricing. No figures are published on its site.
Aptitude 8: best for complex enterprise HubSpot builds and integrations
Founded: 2020, per Clutch · HQ: not consistently stated (HubSpot's directory lists Wilmington, DE, and Clutch lists Chicago) · Team: 10–49, per Clutch · Website: aptitude8.com
Hire Aptitude 8 if you are an enterprise on HubSpot, or moving to it, and need engineering: integrations, data models, migrations and custom builds. Its homepage says plainly that it is not an agency, the clearest fit statement on this list.
What they do. HubSpot implementation, integration and RevOps as a Service, plus marketing operations as a service. It has been a HubSpot Elite partner since 2021 and holds at least seven accreditations on HubSpot's directory. It merged with The OBO Group in October 2024 under the Aptitude 8 name.
Verifiable results.
- Marq (March 2023): $77,000 a year saved by moving from Salesforce to HubSpot in 90 days.
- Authority Brands (September 2025): more than 18,000 duplicates resolved, 5,900 deals audited and 197,000 records reviewed.
- Greenix (March 2026): $41,000 saved with reverse ETL.
- PublicRelay: sales revenue up 340% in a year, from work completed by OBO before the merger.
Best for. Enterprise HubSpot users with technical complexity that a marketing agency would struggle to carry.
Where it stops.
- Its homepage states that it does not provide marketing content, campaign or inbound marketing services.
- No published pricing.
- Built around HubSpot.
Basis of assessment. Public information: aptitude8.com including its case studies, HubSpot's Solutions Partner directory and G2 (4.9 from 36 reviews), checked October 13, 2026.
Evidence grade. Strong. Four named clients with specific figures, three of them system results and two dated within the last two years.
Pricing. No figures on its own site. HubSpot's directory lists a $5,000-plus budget.
Group 4: HubSpot partners that also run inbound
These two are B2B HubSpot agencies that pair platform depth with inbound and demand work, each for a narrower buyer than Group 1.
Six & Flow: best for UK and European mid-market companies on HubSpot
Founded: 2015 · HQ: Manchester, with offices in London, Amsterdam, Dublin, Toronto and Vancouver · Team: "over 50," per its own blog (May 2025) · Website: sixandflow.com
Hire Six & Flow if you are a mid-market company in the UK or Europe on HubSpot and want RevOps and inbound from the same partner. It is the only agency in this group with named CRM results.
What they do. HubSpot implementation, RevOps consulting, CRM and AI enablement, integrations, data consulting, sales enablement and training, plus demand generation across paid search, paid social and content. It is a HubSpot Elite partner with CRM Implementation, Data Migration, Onboarding and Solutions Architecture Design accreditations, and it holds ISO 27001. In May 2025 it joined forces with Bright Digital, a Dutch Elite partner backed by DELTA Equity Partners, with a single global brand planned.
Verifiable results.
- YunoJuno: data completeness from 8% to 92%, with 40% of revenue opportunities attributable to marketing.
- ISA Cybersecurity (from 2023): 40 hours a month saved, sales cycles three weeks shorter and a near-30% rise in leads converting to SQLs.
- On The Stage: marketing's share of revenue from 20% to 60%.
- Cashbook: a Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration of 12,000 contacts in 50 days, per the page title; the same page also says 60 days and two months.
Best for. Mid-market software, professional services, recruitment and manufacturing companies in the UK, Europe and Canada.
Where it stops.
- No published pricing and no statement of who it will not serve.
- Built around HubSpot.
- The Bright Digital combination is still being integrated. Ask which brand and team you will contract with.
Basis of assessment. Public information: sixandflow.com including its case studies and RevOps pages, HubSpot's Solutions Partner directory and G2 (4.4 from 9 reviews), checked October 13, 2026.
Evidence grade. Strong. Four named clients with specific figures, three of them results of CRM work, two with baselines.
Pricing. No figures on its own site. Clutch lists a $10,000 minimum project.
TSL Marketing: best for MSPs and IT service providers on HubSpot
Founded: 1999, as Technology Sales Leads · HQ: Elkridge, MD · Team: 50+ · Website: tslmarketing.com
Hire TSL if you run a managed service provider, a security provider or an IT solutions business on HubSpot Professional or Enterprise and want lead generation and RevOps from a team that knows your market. Its revenue results are large and specific; its RevOps results are not published under a client's name.
What they do. HubSpot migrations, deduplication and enrichment, governance, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and routing, attribution, sales enablement and training, plus lead generation, ABM, Google and LinkedIn ads, SEO and content. It became a HubSpot Diamond partner on March 21, 2026, and HubSpot's directory shows a Data Migration accreditation.
Verifiable results.
- The Purple Guys (2021 to April 2024): more than $8.46 million in won revenue, $235,000 in MRR and 63 new customers, from work that included a HubSpot setup and a ConnectWise sync.
- DP Solutions: $8.47 million in won revenue, with no timeframe given.
- Live Oak IT Partners (March to December 2025): more than $75,000 in first-year MRR and more than 100 SQLs, which the same page also calls sales-qualified opportunities.
Its CRM migration case study, for a $22 billion company, does not name the client.
Best for. MSPs, MSSPs, cloud service providers and IT solution providers.
Where it stops.
- No named client next to a CRM result.
- No published pricing.
- The vertical focus that makes it strong for MSPs makes it a weaker fit elsewhere.
Basis of assessment. Public information: tslmarketing.com including its RevOps pages, case studies and Diamond announcement, plus HubSpot's Solutions Partner directory, checked October 13, 2026.
Evidence grade. Strong. Three named clients with revenue-level figures, one dated within the last two years.
Pricing. No figures are published.
Also considered
Three more agencies were scored and left off. An agency becomes eligible for the list at the next review once it publishes a named-client case study with a specific figure, dated within the last 24 months, and fits the buyer above.
- Huble. A HubSpot Elite partner with at least seven accreditations and 175-plus staff, with a named result at Interprefy (lead qualification 27% faster). It tied with TSL on score, and TSL kept the place because Huble sells RevOps inside a HubSpot sales consultancy rather than as its own service.
- SmartBug Media. A HubSpot Elite partner with named CRM results, including Spotlight Cloud's MQL-to-SQL rate rising from 24.1% to 39%. It publishes no pricing or fit limits, and its client base spans ecommerce and consumer brands, which lowered its specialization and fit scores.
- Domestique. A fractional RevOps firm and HubSpot Platinum partner. Its site shows client logos and testimonials but no named client next to a figure, and it shows no demand work.
How we evaluated and ranked these RevOps agencies for B2B companies
Every agency on this list was scored on the same five criteria, from public evidence only, using methodology v2.2. TGS has not engaged any of the agencies it reviews here, so nothing below claims hands-on testing.
The buyer this list serves
The buyer was fixed in writing before any agency was scored: a B2B company in the US or Europe, roughly $5 million to $250 million in revenue, whose CRM and revenue process have fallen behind the business, wanting one partner to fix the system and connect it to the strategy and demand programs that feed it, at fees of roughly $5,000 to $30,000 a month. In scope were RevOps agencies and revenue operations consulting firms that sell RevOps or CRM operations as a named service and do mostly B2B work. Software vendors, individual consultants and systems integrators were out.
The five criteria, read for RevOps
- Verified client results. Named clients next to specific figures, with pipeline and revenue figures ranked above marketing activity, and dated, baselined results ranked above bare percentages.
- Depth of specialization. How much of the agency's visible work is RevOps and CRM: named implementation and migration work, CRM-specific case studies and HubSpot accreditations.
- Relevance to the buyer. Fit to the buyer above, which for this list means whether the agency runs or directly connects to the demand programs that feed the CRM, at a stage and price that buyer can use.
- Honest limitations. Whether the agency states publicly who it does not serve, or what a client must have before it takes the work.
- Transparent pricing. Whether a buyer can find a rate, band or minimum without booking a call.
Scoring weights
The weights are the same on every list we publish.
What we deliberately did not score
- Awards, including HubSpot Partner of the Year titles.
- Headcount, which appears as context only.
- Star ratings on their own, which we report where we read them directly.
- HubSpot partner tier on its own. Tiers reflect HubSpot business sourced and managed and client retention, so we read accreditations and named implementation work instead.
- Any relationship with TGS.
How we applied the criteria
Each criterion is scored from zero to ten against fixed anchors, and the weighted total sets the order. Scores come from each agency's own site, HubSpot's Solutions Partner directory and, where we read them directly, Clutch, G2 and Inc., all checked on October 13, 2026. Results, limitations and pricing scores are meant to match for any agency that appears on more than one of our lists. Where this review found new evidence, the other lists are brought into line at their next review.
What we did and did not test
We read every page cited, and where an agency's own pages gave conflicting figures, the profile says so. We did not interview clients, audit portals or see private case studies. An agency that keeps its best work under NDA will score lower here than its work deserves, and the evidence grade judges what is published, not the quality of the work.
Why this list is grouped rather than ranked
TGS did not score first. When that happens, our method rules out publishing a flat ranking with TGS on top, and leaves two options: let the strongest agency lead, or group the list by buyer fit. We grouped it, because the four groups describe four different jobs, and we state plainly that RevPartners scored highest overall.
Publisher disclosure
TGS publishes this list and appears on it. No process removes that conflict. The criteria are ones we would defend to a buyer who had never heard of us, and they reward things TGS was built to do, such as joining strategy and demand to the CRM. That is a view of what a RevOps partner should be, and you are free to reject it.
The order is close in places. RevPartners leads TGS clearly, and no single-point change to any of TGS's scores would close the gap. Advanced Client is close behind TGS: a one-point change in its buyer-fit score would put the two level, with TGS ahead only on the tie-break. If either agency publishes new evidence, the order can change at the next review.
Editorial independence
- No agency paid for placement, and none can.
- We have no affiliate arrangements with any agency on this list.
- We do not trade listings or links with other agencies.
- No score is adjusted for a client, prospect or partner relationship, and the evidence behind every score is cited on this page.
Who scored this list
We do not claim a separation we do not have. The content team that scores our lists is led by a co-founder, and this article is written by one. What we can offer instead: the buyer definition and scoring anchors were fixed before any agency was scored, our own profile is held to named results from published case studies, every figure on the page is public, and anyone can re-run the assessment.
Corrections and consideration
If an agency on this list believes a fact is wrong, write to us and we will review it immediately. Factual errors are fixed when found, not at the next cycle, and every substantive correction is logged in the change history below. Judgment calls are reviewed at the next quarterly review. An agency that is not listed can ask to be considered against the bar set out in "Also considered."
What changed for RevOps buyers in 2026
CRM data quality is still the problem buyers bring
Validity's State of CRM Data Management in 2025, published July 10, 2025 and based on 602 CRM users and administrators in the US, UK and Australia, found that 76% say less than half of their CRM data is accurate and complete. Respondents put the cost at an average of 16 lost deals a quarter, and 37% said they lose revenue as a direct result of data quality.
Validity sells data-quality software, so read the framing with that in mind. The pattern still matches what agencies on this list describe in their own case studies, from duplicate cleanups to rebuilt lifecycle stages.
In-house RevOps teams rarely get to strategy
BoostUp and RevOps Co-op's 2025 RevOps Compensation & Impact Report, announced by BoostUp on November 14, 2024 and based on more than 1,200 revenue professionals, found that only 23% of respondents can prioritize go-to-market strategy. If your own team is in the other 77%, an agency can take a rebuild off its plate. The handover matters for the same reason: when the agency leaves, the work goes back to that team. Our marketing operations guide covers what that team absorbs when nobody owns the system.
HubSpot raised the bar for partner tiers
HubSpot's partner tier rules changed twice this year. From January 15, 2026, Elite partners must keep an average gross revenue retention of at least 80% and Diamond partners at least 75%. On July 15, 2026, HubSpot raised the point thresholds for its tiers, with partners given until January 15, 2027 to meet them.
Tiers are earned on points for the HubSpot business a partner sources, assists and manages, plus client retention at the top two tiers. They say little about delivery quality, which is why this list scores accreditations and named implementation work instead.
The partner market is consolidating
At least four agencies on or near this list changed ownership or leadership in the last two years. Walker Sands acquired RevPartners in June 2026, Six & Flow joined forces with Bright Digital in May 2025, Aptitude 8 merged with The OBO Group in October 2024, and Kalungi named a new CEO in March 2026. Before you sign, ask who will run your account after the deal and whether the team that sold the work will be the team that does it.
How to choose a RevOps agency
Whether a firm calls itself a RevOps agency, a revenue operations agency or a revenue operations consulting firm, start with your problem, then route:
- If HubSpot is your CRM and you want a deep team on a fixed monthly price, start with RevPartners.
- If you are a B2B company outside SaaS and the CRM problem sits inside a positioning and demand problem, talk to The Growth Syndicate.
- If you are a SaaS company that wants the whole marketing function outsourced, CRM included, look at Kalungi.
- If you are past Series B and your forecast runs across Salesforce, Marketo and HubSpot, look at The Pedowitz Group.
- If paid media is your main engine and attribution is the gap, look at Directive.
- If you want an outbound system built in your CRM and handed over in about four months, look at Advanced Client.
- If you are a post-PMF B2B company and want paid, outbound and HubSpot run by one pod, look at Understory.
- If you run HubSpot and Salesforce together, or are merging stacks after an acquisition, look at RevOps Automated.
- If the system is the entire problem and you are an enterprise on HubSpot, look at Aptitude 8.
- If you are mid-market in the UK or Europe on HubSpot, look at Six & Flow.
- If you are an MSP or IT service provider, look at TSL Marketing.
Before you brief anyone, check whether the problem is the CRM at all. Our guide to auditing a HubSpot portal walks through what to check first. If the portal is sound and the issue is that nobody owns it, one internal hire may do more than any agency.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a RevOps agency and a HubSpot partner?
A HubSpot partner is any firm in HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program, which includes firms that mainly build websites or run inbound campaigns. A RevOps agency sells revenue operations as a service: lifecycle design, routing, attribution, forecasting and the data rules behind them. Some firms are both. Aptitude 8 and RevOps Automated are RevOps specialists with HubSpot tiers, while a website-focused HubSpot partner can hold the same tier with no RevOps practice at all.
Do HubSpot partner tiers tell you which agency is better?
Not on their own. HubSpot awards tiers on points for the business a partner sources, assists and manages, and requires Elite and Diamond partners to keep average gross revenue retention of at least 80% and 75%. A high tier tells you a partner sources and manages a lot of HubSpot business and, at Diamond and Elite, keeps its clients. Accreditations such as CRM Implementation or Data Migration, and named implementation results, say more about delivery.
Which RevOps agencies work with Salesforce as well as HubSpot?
On this list, The Pedowitz Group (a Salesforce Consulting Partner), RevOps Automated (which describes itself as a Salesforce consulting partner), Directive, Advanced Client, Understory and The Growth Syndicate all work in Salesforce as well as HubSpot. Aptitude 8, Kalungi, Six & Flow, TSL Marketing and RevPartners are built around HubSpot, though several handle Salesforce migrations into it.
What should a RevOps agency leave behind when the engagement ends?
Documentation of every workflow and field rule, trained internal users, a named internal owner, and dashboards that live in your own CRM. Advanced Client publishes the most explicit version of this on our list: the client owns the whole system and every tool sits in the client's accounts. Ask any agency what you will own on the last day before you sign.
How long does a RevOps engagement take?
It depends on scope, and the agencies that publish timelines give a range. RevPartners' HubSpot Fast Track onboarding runs 14 to 30 days, Advanced Client runs its installs over 90 to 120 days, RevPartners' subscription starts with a six-month term, and TGS's service page puts quick fixes at days and full implementations at four to eight weeks. A migration or lifecycle rebuild is usually a project, while hygiene and reporting are ongoing.
What is fractional RevOps, and how does it compare with a RevOps consultant or an agency?
Fractional RevOps means buying part of a senior operations lead's time each month instead of a project or a full-time hire. An independent RevOps consultant sells it as one person. An agency sells it as a team, often as a block of hours: RevPartners' tiers run from 10 to 30 hours a week, which buys hands-on capacity as well as judgment.
A fractional lead suits companies that need senior direction more than hours, without a full-time head of RevOps. The trade-off is that the work still needs an internal owner to set priorities and judge the output.
Is there a revenue operations consultant for manufacturing, financial services or healthcare?
Among the revenue operations consulting firms on this list, Kalungi works only with SaaS, and Advanced Client and Understory lean toward it. Others publish work outside software: TSL specializes in IT service providers, Pedowitz lists financial services, manufacturing and healthcare among its industries, Six & Flow works with manufacturing and professional services, and TGS works with manufacturing, fintech and health tech companies. For a heavily regulated sector, ask for a named client in your industry before you sign.
What should you ask a RevOps agency before signing?
- Who exactly will work on our account, and are they the people in this meeting?
- Which named client had a problem like ours, and what changed in numbers?
- What will we own and be able to run ourselves when you leave?
- What access to our CRM and pipeline data will you need, and which numbers will you report on?
- What do you not do, and who do you refer that work to?
- What is the minimum term and what does it cost to stop?
What is the best RevOps agency for startups?
For an early-stage SaaS company, Kalungi publishes packages for smaller companies, and Advanced Client works with companies from $1 million in ARR. For a company with little data in its CRM yet, a freelance HubSpot admin or a founder-run setup is often enough, because an agency's minimum fee can outweigh the value of the system.
Are placements on this list paid, and does TGS profit from them?
No agency paid for its placement, and placement cannot be bought. TGS publishes the list and appears on it, which is a commercial interest we disclose. We choose which topics get a list, but scores are set against published anchors from public evidence, and TGS scored second on this one.
How is this ranking scored, and how often is it updated?
Each agency is scored from zero to ten on five weighted criteria: verified client results (35%), depth of specialization (25%), relevance to the buyer (15%), honest limitations (15%) and transparent pricing (10%). The list is reviewed every quarter, with out-of-cycle updates after an acquisition, a leadership change, new evidence that changes a score or a shutdown. The next scheduled review is in January 2027.
How can an agency dispute a placement or ask to be considered?
Write to us. Factual errors are reviewed immediately and corrected when confirmed, with the change logged in the history below. Disagreements about judgment are reviewed at the next quarterly cycle. An unlisted agency becomes eligible for consideration once it publishes a named-client case study with a specific figure, dated within the last 24 months, and fits the buyer this list serves.
The data behind this ranking
The figures on this page come from three kinds of source, and they deserve different levels of trust.
- First-party results. TGS's own case studies for Nobel and Frends. They are checkable but not arm's-length.
- Agency-published results. Every client result we report for a competitor comes from that agency's own website, as published on October 13, 2026. Prices come from the agencies' own sites unless the profile names Clutch or HubSpot's directory. We have not verified the results with the clients.
- Third-party and market data. HubSpot's Solutions Partner directory for tiers and accreditations; Clutch, G2, Inc. and Companies House for founding years, team sizes, registrations and the ratings we report; Validity and BoostUp for market data, both of which sell software to this audience.
Read percentages critically, including ours. A 1,500% rise with no starting number tells you less than data completeness moving from 8% to 92%.
Evidence grades follow the results score, in four levels:
- Strong: at least two named clients with specific figures.
- Moderate: one named client with a figure.
- Limited: no client name attached to any published result. This grade judges what is published, not the quality of the work.
- Strong, first-party: used only for TGS, for results that are checkable but not independent.

What changed in this update
This is the first edition of this list. Eleven agencies were scored on methodology v2.2 from evidence checked on October 13, 2026.
Review schedule
This list is reviewed every quarter, and the next scheduled review is in January 2027. It is also updated out of cycle after an acquisition or merger, an ownership or senior leadership change, new evidence that changes a score, or a shutdown. The RevPartners and Walker Sands integration and the Six & Flow and Bright Digital brand merger are on our watch list for that reason. The date at the top changes only when the content does, and a change of year in the title means the order changed.
